The CYP PU-8H8CTX HDMI HDBaseT transmitter offers advanced point-to-point distribution of 8 separate HDBaseT signals (HDMI, audio, ethernet, PoE and control signals) up to distances of 100 meters over single standard CAT5e/6 ethernet cable infrastructure.
Featuring 8 HDMI input ports and 8 CAT6 output ports, the CYP PU-8H8CTX HDMI HDBaseT transmitter 5Play solution can transmit HD video (HDMI), audio, Power over Ethernet (PoE), 100Mbps Ethernet data transfer, and AV control signals such as EDID, HDCP, RS-232, Infrared & CEC.
With the potential for use with any standard 8x8 HDMI Matrix, this HDBaseT device can work together with any matrix to add 8 HDBaseT outputs with only a single power supply. The PU-8H8CTX Transmitter has the added functionality of an in-built 8x8 Infra Red matrix system that allows for two-way control of the sources and screens. This transmitter solution can provide Power over Ethernet (PoE) to the receiver unit adding additional integration benefits.
Supporting all v1.3 HDMI resolutions plus 4k; uncompressed video/audio up to 10.2Gbps; HDTV resolutions 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 1080p24; and PC resolutions VGA, SVGA, XGA, WXGA, SXGA, UXGA, WUXGA, the PU-8H8CTX Transmitter is HDMI, HDCP 1.1 & DVI compliant.
