ICP DAS powers PoE devices with industrial 8-Port unmanaged IP67 Ethernet switch
ICP DAS, NS-208PSE-IP67 Ethernet switch supports IEEE 802.3/802.3u/802/3x with 10/100M, full/half-duplex, and MDI/MDI-X auto-sensing to provide an economical solution for industrial Ethernet networks.
Designed for industrial applications, the IEEE 802.3af compliant NS-208PSE-IP67 industrial 8-port unmanaged switch features rugged RJ-45 connectors that ensure tight, robust connectivity and guarantee reliable operation, even for applications that are subject to harsh conditions including high vibration and shock. The IP67-rated switch is also waterproof and dustproof.
The Power Source Equipment (PSE) comes with eight IP67 RJ-45 Plugs, one IP67 Power Plug, and eight Caps with Tethers. The NS-208PSE-IP67 PoE switch provides 8 fast Ethernet via 8 IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE ports. The switch provides up to 15.4 watts of power per port for powering PoE devices.
The NS-208PSE-IP67 can be used in outdoor applications since it is waterproof and dustproof and can operate in extreme temperatures from -10 to 60C (14 to 140F). It allows for direct fieldbus-style installation without any enclosure and thus can reduce installation costs. It also saves space since it can be mounted anywhere.
The NS-208PSE-IP67 switch provides auto-detection of Power Devices (PD) and automatic power management to offer an economical and convenient solution for industrial Ethernet networks. In addition to over-temperature, over-current and over/under-voltage detection, NS-208PSE-IP67 Ethernet switch also features store-and-forward architecture.
